This page covers how Renshi CodaraFlow (1000149725 Ontario Inc.; "we", "us") handles information on this website, and the terms that apply to using the site and the demo. It applies to this website only. The Renshi CodaraFlow service that a firm subscribes to is governed by the Subscription Agreement, which also covers the data a firm enters into its own instance.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
- Demo and contact requests. When you submit the demo-access form we receive your first name, last name, email, firm, and your LinkedIn DM preference, together with the page or advertisement that brought you to the site. The form sends this to us by email. We use it only to respond and to provision a demo login.
- Demo account usage. If you use a demo login, any test data you enter is stored in the demo database. Demo accounts are for evaluation with fictional test data only. Do not enter real or confidential client information. Demo data is cleared periodically.
- Analytics and advertising. See "Cookies and Analytics" below.
Cookies and Analytics
- Google Analytics. On unless you decline. It sets a first-party cookie so we can tell a repeat visit from a new one, and it records which pages you view and which videos you play and how far through them you watch. We use it only to understand how the site is used. It is not used to build advertising audiences and we do not combine it with the advertising cookies below unless you accept those. Declining, either on the banner or later through the "Manage Cookies" link in the footer, removes the cookie: visits are then counted anonymously and cannot be linked to one another.
- Advertising cookies. These load only if you accept, and never otherwise. They are the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads conversion tracking, which we use to measure the performance of our advertising and to build retargeting audiences. They share site-visit information with LinkedIn and Google respectively. You can opt out of LinkedIn’s use of this data in your LinkedIn account settings, change your choice here through the "Manage Cookies" link in the footer, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How We Use Information
To respond to your inquiry, provide and secure the demo, measure and improve the site, and run our advertising. We do not sell your information.
Who We Share It With
Service providers that help us run the site: our hosting provider (Railway), our email provider, and LinkedIn (through the Insight Tag described above). We share only what each provider needs to perform its function.
Retention
We keep demo and contact requests for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward. Demo data is cleared periodically.
Your Rights
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent. To make a request, email us at [email protected].
Hosting and Security
The site is hosted on Railway, which may store data on servers located outside Canada, including in the United States. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information this site handles.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children.
Terms of Use
Acceptance
By using this site or a demo account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the demo. A firm that subscribes to the Renshi CodaraFlow service accepts the Subscription Agreement, which governs the service; these terms do not.
Nature of the Site
This site is informational and provides demo access to the Renshi CodaraFlow service. It is not an offer to contract. The service is provided to subscribing firms under the Subscription Agreement. Nothing on this site forms part of that agreement.
Demo Accounts
Demo accounts are for evaluation only. Do not enter real or confidential client data. Export to Word is disabled in the demo. Do not rely on demo output for actual client work. We may suspend or revoke demo access at any time. The demo is provided "as is", without warranty.
Intellectual Property
The site and the Renshi CodaraFlow software are owned by 1000149725 Ontario Inc.. “Renshi CodaraFlow” is its trademark; an application to register the mark has been filed with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute the site or its content.
No Professional Advice
Nothing on this site, in the demo, or in the Renshi CodaraFlow service is tax, accounting, or legal advice. Bundled sample content and the calculators are drafting aids and planning estimates for qualified practitioners, who remain responsible for reviewing every output before it is used. The full statement is section 8 of the Subscription Agreement.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site and demo are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renshi CodaraFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the demo.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
