Choose a Plan and Subscribe

Checkout is by Stripe: your firm’s name, the email domain your staff sign in with, and a card. Tax is added for your province. You accept the Subscription Agreement on the checkout page.

We Set Up Your Instance

A person checks the order and builds your private instance on its own address. Your administrator receives the sign-in link by email within one business day.

Add Your Team and Your Wording

Invite users up to your plan’s seats, set your letterhead, and bring in the explanations your firm already has. The calculators and default content are ready on day one.

The Terms in Plain Words

What You Are Agreeing To

  • Monthly PlansBilled each month in advance. Cancel any time from your billing page; the plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
  • Annual PlansBilled once a year at 20% off the monthly rate. Cancel within 30 days and we refund the year less one month at the monthly rate; after that the year runs, and renewal can be switched off at any time.
  • UsersEvery account is a user, whatever its role. Team is priced per user from 6 to 50; to add users later, email support and we adjust the plan.
  • Onboarding FeeCharged once with the first payment on Team and Enterprise. Moving up a plan charges only the difference.
  • Step Projects on AdvisoryFifteen step-letter projects a year. Add 5 more for $595, once per plan year; beyond that, Team has no limit.
  • TaxesGST or HST is added at checkout for your province. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Questions About Pricing

Can we start monthly and switch to annual later?

Yes. Email support and the next renewal is billed annually at the annual rate. A launch or negotiated discount applies to monthly billing only; the annual price already carries its 20%.

Which plan does a sole practitioner need?

Calculator if the work is calculations and client emails; Advisory for letters too, with fifteen step projects a year. A solo practice that writes more step letters than that takes Team at its minimum of 6 users.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

Your administrators can download a complete export at any time, including for 30 days after the plan ends. After that window the instance and its backups are deleted. Section 15 of the Subscription Agreement sets this out.

Do you store our card details?

No. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own checkout page, and Stripe holds the card. We see the last four digits and nothing more.
